I am a Chartered and Registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with clients across the UK and internationally. My work spans therapy, psychological coaching, supervision, assessment, consultation, training, and research.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where people from all walks of life are welcome. Whether you are seeking therapy to work through difficulties, coaching to unlock potential, or professional supervision to develop your practice, I provide an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your individual needs. My core approaches include Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside other evidence-based therapies.
